The fourth annual Family Friendly Film Festival takes place in August, which brings together imaginative arts venues with amazing films from past and present for the ultimate popcorn experience.
Fido will be carrying out the PR for the 10 day event, which is organised by Arts About Manchester. This year’s line-up includes a showing of ET in Whitworth Park and Ghostbusters at Victoria Baths.
As part of its profile raising activity Fido will be launching DIY Director, a campaign to encourage families to submit their own unique versions of classic films that will be judged by a panel of celebrities. All of the shortlisted entries will feature as shorts at the start of the feature films, with the winner announced at the festival wrap party.
